The goals of the Chapter are to support and promote the efforts of the Foundation and to promote and support the very successful elk reintroduction effort in Eastern Kentucky, and to work to insure its continued success.

The Chapter was founded by Foundation members Anita and Frank Allen. The LBTS chapter will focus on the Northern Kentucky counties of Boone, Kenton and Campbell to compliment the efforts of Chapters based in Cincinnati, OH and Williamtsown, KY. The four distinct goals of the new chapter are:

To promote youth awareness of the RMEF

To promote adult awareness of the RMEF

To promote and increase RMEF membership
